The Collaborative Impact Project was developed in an effort to bridge the service gaps that exist here. By building the strength and capacity of local nonprofit and community partners, the initiative helps partners to collaborate more effectively so they can better serve our region. It strengthens their ability to address challenges, build connections, track progress, and deliver meaningful outcomes.
The Collaborative Impact Project is anchored by the West Marin Collaborative which serves as a central hub for coordinating efforts across issue areas and across the region. Community members contribute information about local events and resources to the West Marin Collaborative and take an active role in reviewing and selecting grant proposals to ensure a fully participatory and community-driven process.
